: (1) For the sake of the paramount interest of national parks-reserves or conservation areas, the Government of Nepal may arrange hotels, lodges, public transportation or other similar services or facilities by itself or by adopting the prescribed procedure and contracting with someone.
(2) No person shall be allowed to operate any kind of service or facility within the national park, reserve or conservation area without entering into an agreement in accordance with sub-section (1). 6a. Any person capable of carrying out repairs; Agency, consumer committee or local level with the consent of the Ministry of Forestry and Land Conservation. Religious, historical, cultural or archeological places within the reserve, conservation area or intermediate area can be repaired without changing the basic structure.
